very good for home gym workout

I have just had a one week intense physiotherapy programme following a broken pelvis last summer in a motorcycle accident. My recovery has thankfully gone well, but I had a week booked at rehab centre, so took advantage of it. Part of my programme of 12 specific exercises requires me to use this type of band for 4 of them. After a recommendation, I looked on Amazon and found these from TheFitLife. I ordered them and they arrived the same day in a matter of hours. Time will tell, but they seem strong and durable and I have used them for three days now and they are "just what the physio ordered" ;-)

Very good value and quality. I almost did not buy as thought too cheap to be good, but they are excellent.

I used it for few months now and the quality is great. I recommend this. Maybe a lower price would be better.

This is great quality, my teenager has attached it to his door frame and it works brilliantly. A good stretch to it and he loves using it.

Like the resistance range printed on each band. Not had them long, so time will tell if they are built to last.

Very useful I am 50 kg trying to build some muscles on a wall bar. I started with the green now moved to the purple. They are a must for me to have in my workout routine. The seem to be natural rubber a bit smelly but excellent quality.

Bands are strong and came with nice packaging. Ordered two. Black for upper body and and green for pull ups.
