Im starting a new business Retail Coffee Sales, this powder filling machine is great for me 5 gr to 500 gr, I really love the product with Amazon Prime, I get the machine really quick, when I opened the box the machine did not work, after Turn On, the numbers in the screen to set up the weight was completely weird, numbers scrolling down and up out of control, immediately I sent an email to the seller, very worried for my timeline to deliver my first order of 10 boxes of 42 pkg (2.5oz each) 420 total and almost impossible to do manually in a short time, Seller answer me the email 20 min after, 11.30 pm ET, and I explained the situation, they asked me to send picture or videos of the problem, I sent both, my emails was answered almost immediately with technical support information, very clear with images and instructions, checking the pictures I realized the problem was a cable plug inside the machine completely disconnected (maybe during the delivery manipulation) following the instructions with the pictures they sent me, I connect the plug and then it work perfectly, I finished my work in 2.5 hours, the weight scale work very precise, easy to set up and is a GREAT TOOL FOR MY NEW BUSINESS, IM COMPLETELY RECOMENDED !!! customer service work great, Now Im looking to buy another one because I have more orders and I want to buy an automatic sealer machine with them, Im very sure is going to work really good too. Happy customer = Buy more.

I was a little nervous based on the mix reviews, however it has saved me a ton of time so far. Havent used it long, but it seems pretty accurate, the first few weigh ins are usually off, but then by the 4th or 5th its pretty close, especially on the lower speeds. When I first received it, it would not turn on. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly, with pictures and things to try. By then I had already opened the machine up and noticed an internal plug must have come unplugged during shipping (I noticed another review mentioned this happened to them so it was the first thing I checked) once that minor issue was resolved I was weighing product. I see this as being very valuable for my small business and hoping it continues to perform the way it has been! Also, I was pleasantly surprised the small size and weight, makes for much easier movement and storage than i had envisioned.

Initially the machine arrived with a damaged hopper as shown in the picture. I did not want to go through returning if the machine was accurate, so I put duck tape over the hole so my product didn't spill out. I chose this particular filler, because it had a larger capacity of up to 500g. My product only needed to be bagged in a single load of 225g. This should be easy to set the grams and it only require one release per bag to fill up with 225g of product. The product would not release from the hopper accurately. I end up having to release all the product in the full hopper to try and fill again. It never filled accurately and so it was time consuming and would not serve efficiently for our process. We were more accurate just hand measuring and filling and for the cost of the machine it only made sense to send it back. It was also very loud to boot.

The machine is simple and accurate. Just what we needed for small packages.

Accurate but doesn’t really save much time vs weighing yourself!
