Too many hearts but good pick.

Einstein famously said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." According to Einstein, I must be insane, because this is the second time I've ordered from this seller expecting better results and predictably not receiving them. Both times I've ordered from this seller I have received the most random and completely unusable scoop of charms in various shades of gold. The quality is cheap, to put it bluntly and insufficiently. Many of the loopholes are so small there is no way to fit anything but a hair-width wire through them. Most importantly - the selection is obviously determined by thrusting a scoop into a mass of charms which are then weighed until 100 grams is reached. This process determines what you receive. The photos are completely IRRELEVANT - I CANNOT stress that enough. No quality control or accountable customer service is present with this seller. BUYER BEWARE.

My package contained 80 charms and two medium sized broken button pieces. So the 80 grams was made of some broken pieces and a lump or metal. Also had two tiny Chinese coin charms. I received no heart beat hearts which was what I was most looking forward to. I got mostly hearts with a cross inside. So if you you are feeling lucky try them out. Most charms are suitable to be viewed from both sides, which is very important for a more quality look.

I disliked this order it was not what I thought it would be. I thought there would be more mom charms and the heartbeat charm but none of them were in there
