Description

The lotus flower has long been recognized as a spiritual symbol of iconic beauty and purity. The Carved Lotus canopy daybed features an inspired symmetrical hand carved lotus flower headboard, framed by thick 4" beams of solid carved wood. The front panel is delicately hand carved in a floral leaf pattern. The carved lotus center feature a delicate symmetrical mandala carved all the way through the wood. Flanking the central Lotus Carving, there is interwoven lattice work. The arms boast of fish scales on the inner panels, and an intricate floral design on the exterior. It takes many weeks to perfect each piece. The entire daybed is hand carved from Neem wood of the mahogany line, in our warehouse in Rajasthan, India. The interior dimensions are designed to fit a US full size mattress. Designed Produced and Imported by Worldcraft Industries. Cushions and pillows are also available from Worldcraft Industries. The Lotus Canopy DayBed is designed collapsible for simplified transport. The transportation company can assemble the daybed at the time of delivery.
