This is a beautiful edition of one of my husband's favorite graphic novels. Charles Vess's illustrations are exquisite. Neil Gaiman's storytelling is wonderful. This would make an excellent gift for a teen reader. I would recommend this to a friend.

This was chosen by my HS senior from a list for required reading in a dual credit class.

Bought as a white elephant book swap was fought over a few time!

Good read

This is one of my favorite stories by my absolute favorite author. This version is beautifully illustrated.

This is a review of the 2019 trade paperback edition. ISBN 978-1-4012-8784-9. I had never read Stardust. It is a wonderful fairy tale with beautiful illustrations. Based on what I can see online it is either identical or very similar to the 1999 edition. I loved it. It is for mature readers so not for children.

I was looking forward to reading this Kindle book. The font was a size 2pt or 3pt max. No way I could read it. No option in making the font larger. I always go to the library to get the actual book to read during the day, and buy the Kindle version to read at night while in bed. I put the Kindle book on my iPhone in dark mode, so it doesn't keep me awake with a bright light. There was no way I could possibly read this print . . . what a shame.

I’ve seen the movie multiple times and love it but never got round to reading the book. The graphic novel is every bit as brilliant as the movie, filled with larger than life characters and magic. This is a gorgeous graphic novel. The illustrations are of a very high quality and quite beautiful at times. They really help bring the book to life. I loved this book. Every page was a delight to read. I can’t quite get over how gorgeous the illustrations are. The book includes the original book proposal for Stardust which is full of illustrations as well which was an extra treat.

The story is one of my firm favourites. It’s got everything in a big softy like me wants from a good read. Evil villains, romance, a journey and well all kinds of other stuff......Really well written with twists and turns, happy to read again and again.

My son requested this as a Xmas present. I told him if there any reason at all he couldn't find room for it at his home, I'd be only too willing to make it welcome with me.

Stunning illustrations. Beautifully put together.

This is a larger copy of Gaiman's novel that is approximately A4 size. I purchased this edition is because it is illustrated and will make a fantastic addition to my book collection. The artwork is gorgeous and the plot is, of course, nothing less than you would expect from Neil Gaiman, who is a master of crafting worlds beyond the "walls" of our daily existence.
