I ordered a 4 mug holder and instead I got a 6 mug holder.

Cheaply made
I ordered the 4 mug tree and received the 6 mug tree first. I returned that and the 4 mug tree arrived extremely quickly (within 2 days). The material on this tree is extremely cheap. It honestly looks like something from the Dollar Store and the spacing between the mugs is quite large. I'm only keeping it because its hard to find a tree for 4 mugs but I'm on the lookout for something of better quality.

It's pretty flexible...
...if not screwed onto the shelf. As I live in an apartment, that wasn't an option for me, so I recommend using one of those big binder clips on the back if your shelves come out/off. It works perfectly.

Love this Tree
It accomodates all of our large coffee mugs and looked very nice on the cabinet top, especially with our holiday mugs.

Not as it appears
I was disappointed in this item as was looking for a 4-hook stand. This is actually a 6-hook stand. The "chrome" finish is rough and pitted in places. Opted to keep it as I'll probably never find a 4-hook.
