There's no flavor and I don't know how fast it absorbs. So I can't rate those fields. But the product works very well. I am diabetic and don't take any drugs. I control the diabetes with diet. But sometimes I'm in a situation where my only food options are things that have too many carbs. That's where these little gems come in. They block the carbs that I eat, so my blood sugars don't go up. And I've lost 40 pounds since I started using them. I'm no doctor so I can't recommend these as part of any medical treatment. But I can say that I'm very pleased with the product.

I use this product to negate calories from starch. A couple capsules with a starchy meal can cut a lot of calories. Like I said above, quality product, great price.

It is too early to tell if the product is effective.

Seems like a substitute for Natrol CARB INTERCEPT.

This is the first time I have used this product. It is too early to know how effective it will be. But, at present I can tell a difference in my waistline. Will be able to know for sure after I have used the entire quantity.

Bought this to help loose some weight. It really didn’t do anything...I actually gained a couple pounds. And I’m also on a high protein low carb diet.

This product has helped me so much with cravings for sugar. I take them every day.
