Medieval Lagging Thick Padded Chausses Lower Under Gambeson Hauberk SCA Armor

The problem is as a customer they use a waist size that does not match the leg size given. They use a skinny leg overall for a larger waist size which overall gives a bad impression when you order the leggings. Please give full leg measurements so folks can avoid ordering issues like this. Right now I'm talking to him about sending them back or opening up the sides and adding sections to them to make them fit better for his fighting. Since we live in Florida it is not really fighting season right now so making him new legging is not an issue. I ordered them because I did not have time to make them and the cost was the same. The rest of the gambeson looks great so far and he loves it. Just the leggings are not fitting to his legs and that is annoying. Debating right now what to do to fix this problem.

Single layer, good for dress up, not good for hitting. They fit nice and move easy, but not good if you are going to get hit in them.

According to the sellers measurements they should fit with a little room to spare nope. Way too tight. So tight I can't wear ANYTHING under it

The belt is not as pictured and without any of the grommet holes needed for the larger waist. I request a 40" long leg but got the 38" leg instead. The thigh and calf measurements were accurate. The quality of the leggings themselves are about what you could expect for the price.
