This is the first time I have used to beet root supplements. I can tell that this supplement is helping me. I am also delighted that this company made sure they were offering a product that IS GLUTEN FREE. (Earlier, I tried another supplement to help maintain a healthy blood pressure lowered my blood pressure but caused me problems because it wasn’t gluten-free. No one should make supplements that are anything but gluten-free.) This beet root supplement is working! I could tell almost immediately that it was helping my blood pressure. I even sleep much better since starting this supplement.

We use this as a supplement for lowering blood pressure. One or two a day. The strength is high enough to just take one. The capsules are the usual size, easy to swallow. (Just an fyi, they are opaque white). Good price too.
