I ordered a box it came in three days great shipping the remote control does not work I called the help number they gave me a link to contact the manufacturers to see if I could get another control I went to return the product there was an option that said they will send me another all I had to do was send this one back I got the new box and I had the same problem the control did not work I use these box plenty of times not this brand the control has never been an issue I tried new batteries try resetting the Box nothing so now I have two boxes I have to send back controls don't work on them and I'm not going to use the keyboard or Wired Mouse to control it either defeats the purpose of having a remote control

This is a great Android box. I've tried other ones I'm this one was the best so far. I had to return it because Xfinity would not allow Android boxes to access their app even though you can use it on the phone, simply connecting it to a HDMI port disables the app and makes the box useless for my application. I recommend it for everyone who's not using Xfinity

1) Some 4K with DST-x or Doby-digital+ movies, over 30GB, are not playing smoothly. I tried USB SSD still NG.2) This box is hot when playing movies from USB HDD. I added a fan to cool it down, those movies are still stalled.3) Download some apps, VLC, media players, not helping, more NG.1080P are fine.

Will not show up on 4k screen. Remote does not work at all. It kinda does what I need out of it. Have to use USB mouse. Wi-fi crashes...

This is a perfect little box the remote works perfectly no problem it fits nice in your hands I have purchased 4 other box’s years ago it’s fast and the picture quality is excellent 👍

Box is trash. apps do not work remote was broken and box froze up or crashed every 5 mins
