This is good for various exercises sturdy flexible they only Problem is the 2 Notches that hold the foot bar together keep flying Off mid exercise 🙈😡 it then come apart which is annoying it needs to be made Secure !!

It’s quite useful product! However I should say after few extreme pulls one of the strings became loose. Generally it’s not a high end training product but it’s enough for my once in a while practice. It really helped me to restart core practices!

Waste of money! If you want to do crunches and sit ups, get the door bar equipment instead.This is useless and so flimsy, I can’t even keep my legs on the floor while I do crunches with this.

Fab for helping with sit ups/ crunches. Great resistance and made well so hopefully it will last a while. Definitely pleased with it.

Does the job but not great quality (reflected in the price though when compared to similar sold elsewhere). Worth £10 if you want to see if this sort of thing works for you before investing in something more expensive.

I bought this to enable me to keep fit while gyms are closed. It lasted 2 days before two of the strings broke in two.I've had to tie them to the handles to get some use from it.If you want something like this, pay a little bit extra and get something sturdier.

Producto de color rojo, sencillo de manejar y de buena calidad. Tras varios entrenamientos su elasticidad no se pierde y puedes trabajar diferentes músculos . Recomiendo verse vídeos en internet para darle un mejor uso y no utilizarla tan sólo para un músculo en concreto. No ocupa espacio al guardarla lo cual es otra ventaja. Relación calidad precio recomendable +++

Ich habe mir diese Bänder für mein Widerstandstraining gekauft und muss sagen, sie sind einfach super! Ich hätte echt nicht gedacht, dass man zu so einem niedrigen Preis ein gutes Produkt bekommt, aber da habe ich mich komplett geirrt. Sie sind leicht zu benutzen und perfekt für meine Bauch- und Armübungen im Büro. Der Griff ist bequem und sie sind elastisch genug, ohne billig zu wirken. Ich kann die Bänder jedem, der Widerstandstraining machen möchte, nur wärmstens ans Herz legen!!

Elastico leggero dall’ottimo rapporto di qualità e prezzo. Arriva in una confezione trasparente senza istruzioni. È comunque facile da usare e di buona qualità. La sto usando da cinque giorni e al momento non riscontro problematiche. La consiglio per chi vuole allenarsi a casa senza spendere molto. Non è comunque da paragonare agli attrezzi che si trovano nelle palestre, comunque è ottimo per il prezzo pagato. La plastica è di buona qualità. L’impugnatura comoda e anche la parte finale per i piedi è di buona qualità. Consiglio l’acquisto, come scrivevo prima, per un uso domestico e non professionale.

performant pour muscler les bras, les jambespar contre, j'ai un peu peur de la longévité, la qualité ne semble pas excellente, j'ai bien dit "me semble" mais l'usage dans le temps le dira.
