Custom Embroidered Port & Company Six-Panel Structured Twill Cap

I have a very detailed logo and I sent them a full-color version detailing everything. What I got back was a complete mess. It looks NOTHING like my logo. Like trying to draw a detailed image with a crayon. It was that bad. I'm sure if you have a simple geometric shape or plain text it would be good but I would never have them do anything which required skill or detailed work. I was VERY disappointed in my order.

I was nervous about this product when I got the shipping notification since I never saw the digital proof (either they didn't send it as the listing said they would or it got sucked up in a spam filter) but I was really pleased to find out that they nailed it! Would have been such a hassle to deal with a return if the job was done poorly (believe me, it's happened to our organization). AND, this hat arrived way faster than I expected it to! Will definitely use this shop again if I need more custom logo products made. Especially with such competitive pricing!

Wasn't quite sure what to expect, but when I opened the package and saw the custom embroidered cap I ordered, I was really pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent. I think I'll order a jacket next.

I love everything about this, the embroidery is top notch, and the design is exactly what I wanted. This product arived the first day that it said it might come between. This logo is perfect for my band Turning Bleu and I may have to buy some more of these in the future! This is a great way to advertise or show everyone just who you are in a unique way!

The hat is good quality and embroidery is nice, however the saying on the hat was wrong. I was told by the company that they were going to send a new hat with the correct saying at no charge. And they told me to donate the original hat. That was nice. Update: The new hat came with the correct logo within two weeks. I would definitely by other hats from this company 👍

Every step in the making of this hat was discussed before made. Design I gave the company to use was recreated perfectly. Looks good will get more done when needed. Good thing is they keep pattern on record for future use.
