Cheap plastic valve as well as the spray wand fixture not being standard. Had to buy Delta valve and new spray wand. Recommend buying any shower fixtures at a local plumbing store.

The picture looks perfect and the reviews ratting is great.So We tried this out which I wish we never did .It took us almost half day to study the instruction and put the parts together before we found out that many of the components that needed to attach don't and parts that needed to be threaded to attach to each other did not even have threads. So frustrated to take everything apart and put them back in the box ,took me another few days to send it back .And start everything over again.

Aesthetically pleasing in every way! Beautiful oiled bronze and metal handheld. The packaging was very well done. Functionally, the mixing valve appeared very heavy duty however, there was a problem with the valve threads. Teflon tape and holding it in a vice while tightening were not enough to keep it from dripping. The vendor was prompt in replying to our inquiry and suggested more Teflon tape or ordering another to replace the valve and then returning the defective unit. We returned it for a refund.

The fittings are not standard US fittings. We even took it in to a plumbing supply store and they had nothing to match so we could not install. This is made in Guangzhou, China, their standard doesn’t fits ours. I’m upset that I hired someone to do it and it comes not fit for installation.

I finished my basement and added a bathroom with a shower. There were so many high priced shower heads with hand held sprayers, that did not include the diverter valve. This one included everything needed and my plumber was surprised at the quality, for a brand he had not heard of. The install was problem free and the rain fall head is excellent, the hand held sprayer makes shower cleaning a breeze.

Product accessories are not standard configuration, resulting in leaking after installation, cheap plastic valves, such products, the price is too high. I wasted two days to debug it, buy shower facilities, it is recommended to be in the local plumbing store Buy, avoid wasting time.

Product is very precise measurements for installation. Found internal guts to be installed incorrectly. Piped hot water on the left, and cold water to the right, but the water comes out backwards. Even the shower handle/rainfall signal comes out backwards. Definitely would not recommend this product due to poor manufacturing. Looks great on the wall but functions horribly.

Once installed and was able to get it to stop leaking works great. Handle seems backwards but easy to control flow and temp. Great water pressure.
