New England Cutlery 7-Piece Titanium Coated Knife Block Set - Silver

I was very happy when these first arrived. I was in the process of moving out on my own and needed new everything. One of the knives broke on the first try! Cutting an apple no less. I bought these before I actually needed them so I passed the 30 day return period. Lesson learned. Would not recommend.

Knife set is very attractive. However, it is NOT full tang. Cutting cheese, the paring knife broke in half. The tang only extended a very little into the rubbery part of the handle and just pivoted out. Absolute trash. I will throw the whole set away, as I consider them to be very dangerous.

This set was beautiful when it arrived but in less than 6 months two of the knives were broken. They were well taken care of and for both the blades just came out of the handle during regular use. In addition the invisible wood block that holds them is very poor quality. From the beginning, the screw caps repetitively came off and after so many times of putting them back on they sort of got stripped I am guessing because I could not longer tighten them enough to keep them on. So right now I have part of the plexiglass popping out, which has led to it getting cracked. I had high hopes for these knives but it seems a knife set should be able to last for years, not less than one

These knives are nice and sharp, and the rack displays their beauty. I would caution that the rack, plus the upright handles add up to 14.5", so if you have low cabinets or under cabinet lighting, you might want to find another place in your kitchen to place them. I have both so I always have to tilt the rack down to extricate the knife I want. Also, once you hand wash the knife, dry it and place it somewhere to cool, because if you put it in the rack immediately, condensation will form on the inside of the rack.

These knives arrived quickly, but I immediately noticed that they knife block was scratched up. I was tempted to send the whole thing back, but had already unpacked it all and it was a nice addition to my counter. Despite the dings, the knives present well.I also ready the reviews and while I haven’t tried actually using these knives, they may end up being just eye candy as the set I’ve had for years is still hanging on - just not the right color for my scheme.

These knives are the absolute favorite part of my kitchen (which is all copper cookware/utensils)!! It adds flair, an even almost professional chef flair to any home it’s in.

I was hasty and didn't realize the handles were an unappealing shade of brown (which kind of makes them look like literal turds), bujt the copper is BEAUTIFUL and I know what to use to overcome the for of the handle. Very quality piece that is rather stunning as a functional decor piece, for sure!

Absolutely beautiful! Love the color, arrived very sharp. They did have some minor scratches, but they were mostly on the back of the knives. I didn't use the display it came with as I have a magnetic strip mounted on the wall. But I'm saving it to store the knives my bf is allowed to use so he doesn't mess up my good ones.

this is a really great presentation set for the money. nice handle, looks to be a quality blade. the bolster isn't metal like I thought it would be it's lighter overall than expected because of this. all are still balanced nicely. All I wanted was a bread knife. $20 for the OKish ones of those vs $60 for this was an obvious choice that is working out well.

No tienen un año y ya se estan despedazando los mangos, ademas que estan pegajosos y se mancharon terrible a pesar que se los seco de inmediato. Cada vez que los metes en su base dejan residuos del recubrimiento. Pésima calidad NO los recomiendo en absoluto.

Very tacky looking knives. Picture makes them look way nicer than they really are. Rust easily
