This product arrived with damage and leaking, causing incredible smelling full of the house. If you are not strongly addicted to this kind of favor, try to avoid this product. I didn't gave 1-star is because I chose this product so the smelling is not the seller's fault (other products I purchased from this seller were pretty good, though). I didn't gave 5-star is because this product arrived with damage and leaking.

Product was received with the cover not tight and the contents leaking into shipping envelope. Very disappointed.

You'll know when it arrived because the package will smell that's just how strong it is; mine arrived completely sealed and the mailer and box both smelt slightly... funky. A 2 day soak really transformed tofu into that slightly 'cheesier' consistency and the skin held a deep savory crunch after a few minutes in the deep fryer.
