They seemed nice enough, and the fit was snugger than I'd expected. Since they fit snugly, which I figured is OK for a water shoe, the whole top of my foot was in contact with the top of the shoe and the mesh material was MUCH more rigid than I'd expected, and VERY scratchy! This is from the description, "The lining is smooth to the touch, so it won't rub or chafe the sensitive skin on your feet" ... HAHAHA, NO. They seem very abrasive! Maybe they get softer as they get worn in? Maybe when they're wet? I don't know, but I'm not going to find out because, ow. They're not a softer nylon material like I thought they'd be, they're more like a hard rigid plastic. Bummer.

Perfect for pool decks, in the pool, water aerobics, beach, in the ocean, boat deck and hard surfaces. The water drain holes in sole are awesome, but don't walk in gravel and rocks as they get caught in the holes and negatively impact cushioning. Offers snug but stretchable fit and full coverage of top of foot. No sand in shoe! Fits like a glove. Great cushioned insole with medium arch support. I have severe toe and feet problems and when I put these on they felt so comfortable I wore them around the house all day. I will be wearing them as a casual shoe daily, as well as, a water shoe. Inexpensive for the quality and comfort.

Great shoes, light comfortable and supportive. We've owned many different kinds of water shoes and these are the best. Had to buy a full size smaller. Bought 4 pairs in different styles for 4 different family members. I originally only bought a 1/2 size smaller according to reviews but had to return all and get a full size smaller for each of us.

I first bought these water shoes in 2017. I live in Texas and we are at the lake just about every weekend so they got used a LOT. I cannot recommend these enough. They are so comfortable and durable. I wore them in muddy bogs, up steep rocky hills in the Texas hill country and floating numerous rivers for 3 straight years and they never let me down. The liner finally started to come out this last summer and the bottom green part of the tread but after 3 years of abuse I didn't mind since most water shoes do that after 3 weeks. I prayed Amazon still had these for sale since it had been so long since I originally bought them. I was so happy when they did that I bought the exact same ones again. These are hands down the best water shoes I have ever had!

I bought these for a trip to the Cyclades islands and I wore them almost the entire time. They were perfect for strolling along trails, through beachside villages and rocky cliffs, down to the sandy beach and right into the water. Picked up a few pebbles in the sole which were easily removed. Bought a pair of men's for my husband and he loves them. Dried easily when set out overnight. They got a little dirty, so I threw them in the washer and they look like new! They are very light and don't take up much room in a suitcase.

Wore these all around Maui; they were wonderful for walking on the beach and the lava jettys. Super easy to rinse out at beach showers. A must for the beach or river. I felt like I could walk anywhere with ease and did not feel like I would slip.

I have been using these shoes for 2 months for water fitness. I saw previous reviews that mentioned ordering a half size smaller and that has worked very well. The shoes are snug but not too tight. They have great grip on the bottom of the pool. They float less than my previous shoes so I'm not getting tipped over during the floating exercises. I was worried about the arch support but they feel great. They dry really fast. The only negative I could find is the inside of the shoe is scratchy. I wear some thin ankle-high socks with these shoes and it works out beautifully.

Nice water shoes. They drain well with all the holes in the insert and bottom of the shoes. They are a little rough feeling on the back of my heels, but not enough to worry about.
